Yesterday John and I rode off to climb up Bodega Head and then over Bay Hill. According to my local bike map
its at least a 9% grade......so yes Im sore today and after a session of Boot Camp my quads are not happy....
Robin and I are going to get in a ride today before the weather changes...... the news says its going to snow!!!!!!
