Border Patrol. Several days ago (Sue Hersman photo)

I noticed these large tires with chains attached laying along the
frontage roads Here the Border Patrol is dragging the road and later
coming by to check for tracks. It's hard to image anyone coming
across that barren land
And if they did...... how would they be caught
